Ready-to-use Red Wine and White Wine Sauces

Wow! Just in time for holiday planning More Than Gourmet has released their fully prepared, heat and serve red wine sauce and white wine sauce foundations. Fortunately we at Club Sauce were one of the first to have these sauces available for the retail marketplace so we have been shipping coast to coast.

We’ve personally tried them and so have our customers with complete satisfaction as far as we can tell because they are now ordering more for the feasts to come.

Here are some great features to keep in mind when considering these completely ready-to-use foundation sauces. They are shelf stable. That means they will last up to 18 months on the pantry shelf and they will last around 5 days once opened and refrigerated. They come packaged in an 11oz container with enough sauce to serve 4 people.

Again keep in mind these are complete just heat and serve type sauces but as a foundation sauce you can add just about anything to them to expand or kick up the flavor. For instance herbs de Provence adds the taste of good French cooking to the white wine sauce, or mushrooms to the red wine sauce are just a few tasty treats. All in all just 5 minutes to heat and serve or a few minutes longer to add a few herbs or seasonings for a sauce to call your very own.
